The GSA 2006-2007 Elections for the President, Vice President and
Treasurer are on the 5th, 6th and 7th of April, 2006.


The candidates for the above posts are :

Candidate for President: Aubrey S. Balcom
Candidate Slogan / Brief Statement:" Experienced, Dedicated and
Committed, Getting things done for Grad Students!"




Candidate for Vice President: Jillian Flood
Candidate Slogan / Brief Statement:"I am Flooded with ideas to improve
GSA !! As incumbent VP, I am better able to dedicate my time in office
to continuing to improve GSA at our local level as well as nationwide."




Candidate for Vice President: Xiaojun (Gene) Shan
Candidate Slogan / Brief Statement:"I am committed to serving all
graduate students and drawing international students to GSA activities."




Candidate for Treasurer: Saaket Varma
Candidate Slogan / Brief Statement:"A friend you can trust on,
accountableto and approachable by every graduate student."

The timings and venues for the elections are as follows:

Wednesday (April 5th, 2006): 9:00 am to 5:00 pm - Student Union Lobby,
North Campus.

Thursday (April 6th, 2006): 9:00 am to 12:00 pm - Student Union Lobby,
North Campus.

Thursday (April 6th, 2006): 12:30 pm to 4:00 pm - Harriman Hall, South
Campus Campus.

Friday (April 7th, 2006): 10:00 am to 4:00 pm - Harriman Hall, South
Campus Campus.
