New Semester & Gender Inst. Film Festival
Welcome back to a new Spring 2006 semester. I hope that everyone had a wonderful and relaxing holiday. To kick off the new semester, here's an invitation to UB's Gender Institute Film Festival which begins this Thursday. Here's the annoucement from them:

The Institute for Research and Education on Women & Gender (or the Gender Institute) at UB will hold its 10th International Women's Film Festival beginning this Thursday, January 19th, 2006. The films, shown at the Market Arcade, will be by and about women. We hope to see many of you there!

For the last night of the festival, March 2, 2006, we will feature short films by UB graduate students & women from Western New York.
After the screening, we will have a reception celebrating the 10th anniversary of the Gender Institute's International Film Festival -- all grads are invited to celebrate with us!
